  • Ensure that our upgrade services match our descriptions
  • Meet our OUTLAWAS LTD standards and be free from major defects

1.3 Right to Cancel

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days before the order has been officially delivered by our courier services. Within this period you must notify us either through email or phone in order to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation at any time. A refund will be issued once the unwanted items are returned to our uk store, and the following money may then take 5 to 7 business days to return to your account.

1.4 Reasons for us to Reject a Cancellation

There are some circumstance where the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) does not offer you the right to cancel an order. This includes the following:

  • Any RIFs that have been upgraded or customised by OUTLAWAS LTD.
  • Products that have been altered after receipt, either by the consumer or third party.
  • Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items following a delivery.
  • Items that have been used or damaged.

1.5 RIFs as Products

Airsoft RIFs are not always made out of the same materials as real firearms, and as such they may not be as durable. As such accidental damage may cause permanent damage to these products. In this case we will often not accept the return of these products as they can be damaged simply through general use which will not allow us to resell them.

1.6 Cost of Returning Items

If a refund has been agreed upon by OUTLAWAS LTD, we will issue a refund minus the original delivery charge after we have received the products. A refund may take 5 to 7 business days once the products have been received. We offer refunds 7 days after a product has been received. We may refuse a refund for the following reasons:

  • Consumer damage to the product due to mis-use / Mis-handling or improper use of non recommended power sources or adapters (including but not limited to 11.1v or higher batteries, HPA adapters, non commercial grade gas via adapters)
  • Failure to receive the product to our uk airsoft store.
  • Items that have been altered after receiving them.
  • Non-faulty customised products.
  • Being returned after the 7-day period.
  • Products returned by someone other than the original customer.
  • Non-faulty items.

For other products that are not airsoft RIFs we may, following the aforementioned circumstances are not met, offer a 14-day refund opportunity. For all refunds due to the Consumers Act, you will have to pay for shipping. Until such time that we recieve the goods they are the responsibility of the you, the customer, and any and all claims for loss or damage while in transit back to us is solely the responsibility of yourself.  For a repaired faulty product or substituted product we will ship the product to you free of charge.

2.0 Faulty Products

If you receive a product that appears faulty we offer a 7-day refund policy. However if you find a fault later, see the following sections for available options. This applies to all new products only.

Due to the nature of second hand goods, used and/or Second hand products carry a limited 30 day warranty. In the first instance, should an issue be found, a repair will be offered if viable but if not then a refund will be issued. After 30 days, any repair or refund will be solely at the discretion of OUTLAWAS LTD.

All products from the Breaker Yard section come with no warranty implied or given.

Should any failure or damage be found to have been caused by mis-handling or mis-use, or by using a product or power source that we have not recommended (i.e. overpowered batteries, HPA adapters etc) we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim.

Also, any product that has been tampered with, altered, upgraded or cosmetically changed after purchase will NOT be accepted for a warranty return. Should a product show signs of any type of previous upgrade that has been removed prior to returning, all warranty will be voided and the costs of the return will be at the customer's expense and the product will not be returned until that bill has been settled. We work on RIFs every day and will know if this is the case, so please don't try your luck.

2.1 Under 30 Days

If you find a fault under 30 days, you can either ask for a refund (following our refund policy), have the product replaced, or repaired (cost dependent whether deemed cost effective this may lead to a free repair). This will be done through our OUTLAWAS LTD store.

2.2 Over 30 Days and Under 6 Months

We will offer a repair service but no refund. This service is dependent on the product, whether it is an Airsoft RIF or a different product.

2.3 Over 6 Months and Under a Year

We will inspect the product, and if it has suffered from a manufacturing defect then the item will be repaired and returned free of charge. We cannot offer a refund.

2.4 Over a Year

At OUTLAWAS LTD we offer a wide range of upgrade and maintenance services, aiming to offer consumers premium services. These services can be found on individual products and are dependent on weapon platforms. For a quote please call our UK airsoft shop or send us an email at brett@outlawairsoft.com

6.01 Repair & Upgrade warranty

A limited warranty is offered on all Repairs & upgrades. Should a failure occur within 30 days that is found to relate directly to the work we have carried out, we will accept the product back in for repair at our cost.

Should the Failure be found to have been caused by mis-handling or mis-use, or by using a product or power source that we have not recommended (i.e. overpowered batteries, HPA adapters etc) we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim.

The warranty offered on these services is limited exclusively to the original consumer and is NOT transferable in any way.

6.1 Age Restriction and UKARA

In order to purchase an airsoft RIF you must be over the age of 18. This can be referenced through your UKARA number which must be given if purchasing a RIF by adding it to the text box on the checkout page. If you are not over the age of 18 or do not supply us with a UKARA number we have the right to refuse the product(s). If this is the case, or your UKARA number does not match records we will contact you directly either to offer you a refund or resolve the following issue.

Within the cart section you only need to provide a UKARA number if purchasing an airsoft RIF. This information will be kept with your profile for future reference. If you do not include a UKARA number when purchasing a RIF, we will contact you directly.

6.2 Two Tone

Two tone services are offered by OUTLAWAS LTD, but are priced individually on a case by case basis. Should you require this service, please contact us directly before purchasing your RIF.

6.3 Upgrade Services

We offer a wide range of upgrade services in our shop and online store, and consequently cannot provide you with a refund once purchased. If you are unsatisfied we are open to negotiations, however one of our techs as stated on our website will be in contact with you throughout the whole upgrade process. This is to ensure the potential avoidance of dissatisfaction.

Our upgrade services are dependent on particular airsoft RIFs, and as such some services only apply to certain weapons. For instance, we cannot offer a DMR upgrade service to a PDW platform in the context of AEG's. (HPA builds can differ and we can offer custom services).

6.4 Maintenance Services

If you wish for us to carry out a maintenance service on your airsoft RIF, you must independently send us your weapons. We will then resend you your RIF once we have completed the maintenance service free of charge according to consumer rights through Parcel Force. Upgrades and maintenance services will take place in our OUTLAWAS LTD airsoft workshop.

You may alternatively book an appointment to drop off/collect the riff in person.

6.5 Likeness to advertised product photos and Quality of goods

In the airsoft world, achieving 100% perfection in products is neither possible nor practical. Minor vibrations, wobbles, or shifts in components, along with small scratches, dents, or colour variations, are deemed acceptable quality standards provided they don't impact the product's functionality, performance, or general aesthetics.
